How To Return A Product

If you need to return a product, follow these steps:

  of the invoice date to request your Return Authorization
  Number.

• Indicate your preference as to credit, exchange,
  or refund. Credit card refunds may only be made to
  the card used for the original purchase. Please note:
  Your credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear
  on your credit card statement.

• Carefully repack the item(s) in a sturdy carton, along 
  with all related material. Be sure to include the Return
  Authorization number on the returned package.

• Returned products must be received in our offices in
  "like new" re-sellable condition. No refunds are allowed
   on monthly specials, discounted, or closeout items.
