How To Return A Product
If
you need to return a product:
- Call +1 425.774.4264 within 30 days of
the invoice
date to request your Return Authorization Number.

Indicate your preference as to credit, exchange,
or refund. Credit card
refunds may only be made to
the card used for the original purchase.
Please note:
Your credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear
on your credit card statement.
- Carefully repack the items in a sturdy carton, along
with all related material.
Be sure to include the
Return
Authorization Number on the returned package.
- Returned products must be received in our offices in
"like new" re-sellable
condition.
No refunds are allowed
on digital downloads or closeout items.

charges a nominal $4 or $5 shipping fee (with
"free" shipping on orders over $199), please
note that it usually costs us more to ship your
order to you. Therefore, in the unlikely event
you need to return your order, we will issue
your refund less our actual shipping costs. In

package is marked on the package itself.
