receive your order as follows:

ORDERS: We cannot control Customs.
Therefore, we will ship your order to the
address you provide; if for any Customs
related reason you do not take possession of
your shipment, your order will still be
considered delivered to you. If your order
is returned to us, we can, at your request,
re-ship your package to you; however we will
charge you for the actual cost of that
second shipment.
Although Nexera only charges a
nominal $4 or $5 shipping fee (with "free"
shipping on orders over $199), please note that
it usually costs us more to ship your order to
you. Therefore, in the unlikely event you need
to return your order, we will issue your refund
less our actual shipping costs. In most cases
the amount we paid to ship your package is
marked on the package itself.
